Customer Service with the seller went well, initially. However, it's been somewhat downhill since. Received the wrong tracking number for the item, reached out to the seller, and was provided with the correct tracking number. Received the item and none of the prongs were fastened to keep the artwork and glass attached to the frame (not one prong was in place). I tried multiple metal tools to get the prongs set in place with no success. Reached out to the seller about not expecting artwork that had to be assembled on arrival. Was told I would be sent another one since this one seems defective, and I have not heard from the seller since. Since then, I have done a hack to make it work. I'll look elsewhere for a better experience. Darn, I really wanted to like this Etsy shop!
